Great News is beginning to surface for HomeOwners nearing Foreclosure. Anything that the government can do to lessen the blow helps all housing market sectors. This is a very important move NOW because even the mortgage Insurances guarantors are teetering on closing up shop for home mortgages which would be a very serious blow to the housing economy!
